Located centrally in Bury Meat and Fish market, is the attractive stall of the Hayton Bros. Everything is exceptionally clean and there is always an abundance of fresh fish in season. It seems as if Martin's stall is always just like this.

However, at 4:00am each market day morning, Martin begins his work whilst most of us are just entering the deepest part of our slumbers. 

He visits the Wholesale Market, returns to Bury and by 8.30am, as if by magic, a comprehensive range of fresh fish is magnificently displayed.
